Nourished is now taking orders! 🥳😋 And I couldn’t be more thrilled about it.
Nourished presents the opportunity to truly “let food be thy medicine.” It is 100% life giving and healing in every way I know of. Rather than cutting costs with refined oils and sugars, we’re using the highest quality local ingredients we can find and adapting our meals to the seasons according to the science of Ayurveda.
Our mission is to make vibrant life giving food accessible.
We deliver every Tuesday to 4 different pick up locations. You can check out the website where we list our offerings and share fun learning about our food.

Nourished is a service offered by Balanced Alignment Ayurveda which is a private membership association. This means you need to become a member in order to access Nourished. Membership is free, you'll find the simple form on the website, and it will take you to where you want to go.
